1. Features
LH-F fluorescence electronic endoscope is new type inspection
equipment with the techniques of ultraviolet irradiation, optics
imaging, precision machinery, electronics and micro-camera
technology. It utilizes the characteristic that magnetic
fluorescence material can light under ultraviolet irradiation.
The fluorescent material will be applied to the surface of iron
magnetic parts, and then can do inspection in virtue of the
fluorescence. It is especially suitable for the inspection of
object with shape of board, axle and rod, and furcation, such as
welding line, shaft, motorcycle, part, valve, piston, bolt,
turning burl, etc. It has two sets of lighting system: white
light and UV lighting. The two lighting system can light at the
same time, and also can switch each other, to achieve the
combining of macro and subtle inspection. It will show the
cracks of different direction at the same time and accurately,
without miss and need to consider the direction of
magnetization. This type endoscope has the characteristics of
agility, reclusion high, image clarity, color fidelity and shape
accurate. The LCD screen with memory can kinescope the process
of inspection. If connect with computer through the USB
interface, the image can be captured, freeze, storage, the
length or area of the defects can be measured and calculated,
and the results will generate reports.
2. Main purposes and the scopes of application
LH-F fluorescence electric endoscope is especially suitable for
the inspection of object with shape of board, axle and rod, and
furcation. The surface and near-surface bugs of some medium and
small accessory can be checked using it, such as welding line,
shaft, motorcycle, part, valve, piston, bolt, turning burl, etc.
It has been widely used in the fields of motorcycle, heavy
foundry, pressing matrix, natural gas drill pipe, boiler
pressure vessel, and so on.
