1. Features
LH-A3 pipe especial electronic endoscope is new type nondestructive inspection equipment with the techniques of optics, precision machinery, electronics and micro-camera technology, and devotes to the inspection of the internal surface of pipe with large-diameter. It holds direct viewing and squint CCD at the same time. When testing, the probe can rotate 360° positively and negatively, and stop if need. The adjustable center bracket can let the probe at the centre all the time. The assisted-lighting can let the image of objects like more clear and soft. This type electronic endoscope has the characteristics of high resolution, image clarity, and exact shape of inspected parts, like at the scene when inspection. Peoples can observe and analyze the image at the same time, thus can avoid omissions or mistakes owing to the lack of knowledge and experience. In addition, LH-A3 rotating electric endoscope has the merits of long effective detection distance, flexible manipulation, etc. When combine with computer image processing system, the image can be captured, freeze, storage, the length or area of the defects can be measured and calculated, and the results will generate reports. The information can be easily archived or accessed.
